I’ve always wanted a bamboo garden. I just love the stuff. A quick search on Ebay for any bamboo lover can get you into big trouble. You can buy all sorts of bamboo,  straight from the jungles of far away places. I just had to have some. So I bought Buddha belly, Black Timor, and Moso bamboo. The seeds are the kind from the jungles. I bought them from  exotic-plants-de over on Ebay. They have  a bunch listed weekly and have done so for years, so I felt I could trust them. After I bought my seeds, I read online that the rate to grow your own bamboo from seedling is not to high, however, the people I bought mine from give you a website that tells how to grow bamboo, gives tips and gives hope. I am hoping mine will grow and it will be a success! Then, I will have the bamboo fortress I have always dreamed about and my yard will be like heaven.  I am worried though, that like the Venus fly trap seeds I bought (from another seller), they may just never sprout. In honor of my love for bamboo and for all of you who love the stuff too. Here is the new bamboo planter.
